Pillar Jib Crane Delivered to Australia’s Construction Industry
On March 13, 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully completed the delivery of a Pillar Jib Crane to a construction client in Australia. This project highlights SEVENCRANE’s ability to provide custom lifting solutions for outdoor applications. Particularly in industries that require rugged and weather-resistant equipment for daily operations.
The customer is an end user in the construction industry. He needed a crane for loading and unloading materials onto trucks outdoors. He also emphasized its rainproof performance and reliability in harsh environments. After evaluating the working conditions and usage scenarios, SEVENCRANE recommended a BZ type pillar jib crane. It has a lifting capacity of 1 ton, a main beam length of 5 meters, and a lifting height of 4.5 meters. It is very suitable for handling construction materials in outdoor environments.
The crane features manual pendant control and runs on 415V/50Hz three-phase power, aligning perfectly with Australian industrial standards. The equipment adheres to the A3 working class, ensuring durability and performance for moderate-duty cycles typical in construction sites.

The order was confirmed after SEVENCRANE provided a clear solution to the customer’s concern about importing from China for the first time. With no prior experience in international procurement, the customer was unsure about the delivery method. SEVENCRANE provides a detailed CIF shipping plan to Sydney Port, and a secure payment method. That is, 30% deposit by T/T, and 70% before shipment. This approach, combined with clear communication, reassured the client and led to a successful agreement.
The crane was produced and ready for shipping within 14 working days, and the client also requested a ring-shaped slewing stopper and production reference drawings to aid in on-site installation and operation.
From the first contact on February 11, 2025, to delivery, SEVENCRANE maintained a high level of responsiveness and support. The project demonstrates not only the company’s technical capability but also its deep understanding of customer hesitation in international trade—and how to overcome it with transparency and professionalism.
The Pillar Jib Crane has now been deployed in the client’s construction yard, efficiently lifting and loading materials onto transport vehicles—helping streamline logistics on-site and reduce labor intensity.
