On October 16 last year, we received an inquiry message from a customer.
The client stated that he needed a 3 ton spider crane for routine maintenance. They have been renting spider cranes for maintenance before. But they have applied for a sufficient budget for next year, they hope to purchase a spider crane of their own.
After we asked the customer's basic needs, we confirmed with the customer that the specific port would be closer to him. We will quote him the CIF price.
On October 20th, after reviewing the quotation, the customer asked us some questions. Motor brand, what accessories are included, how to operate the spider crane, etc. After we received the customer's email, we responded to the customer as soon as possible and made a specific explanation to the customer.
10.22 The customer said that he liked our products very much and also felt that our service attitude was very good. But they wanted the quality of the motor to be better and asked if we had a Yanmar motor.
10.23 We confirmed with the customer that the motor can be replaced with a Yanmar motor. But the overall cost will be increased because the Yanmar engine will be more expensive.
10.24 Customers say they are willing to pay more for Yanmar engines. He felt very comfortable during our discussion. But due to the recent budget phase, their payments will not be approved until early 2022. The customer hopes that we can wait for him and assures us that around February 2022, they will contact us and place an order with us.

On 2.22, we received the customer's advance payment as scheduled.
