At the end of 2022, our company successfully received an order for grab bucket from a customer in Bangladesh. After a one month production period, two grab buckets have been arranged for shipment to the Bangladesh port. The customer has completed installation and the grab buckets have been put into use.
The customer is the end user, and the two rope and two petal grab they inquired about is used to grab salt, while the two rope and four petal grab is used to grab limestone. The customer needs the grab to replace the current one, as the six petal grab they are using is malfunctioning and cannot function properly. Additionally, when grabbing materials, the grab cannot bite properly.
Based on the customer's actual usage scenario, we recommend a mechanical grab to the customer and agree to control it. The six petal grab has been changed to a four petal grab. In addition, we shared many feedback videos from other clients, and they expressed satisfaction with the solution we provided. After confirmation by their company's engineers, they quickly sent us a PO. After receiving the original letter of credit from the customer, we completed production and submitted the documents within the specified time.
The grab bucket ordered by the current customer have been put into use, greatly improving production efficiency. The customer has also sent us feedback videos on our grab, and they are very satisfied with our grab. They also expressed that they will definitely cooperate with us in the future.
