Successful Deal with Qatar Steel Factory: European Electric Hoists

On September 18, 2024, SEVENCRANE successfully completed a transaction with Qatar Steel Factory, supplying two SNH European electric hoists, three SNT hoist trolleys, and one end beam.

This customer initially reached out to us in July after searching online for a new supplier. Their previous supplier, based in Taiwan, had significantly increased prices, prompting them to explore other options. SEVENCRANE’s strong online presence and excellent reputation led them to inquire about our products.

Qatar Steel Factory, a well-known steel manufacturer, required imported hoists for lifting steel plates and rebar in their workshop. While they could manufacture the bridge crane’s main beam, they lacked expertise in electrical systems. Upon learning this, our sales team suggested that they also consider importing the end beam and motor system, which the customer confirmed as necessary. After reviewing their crane drawings and technical requirements, we provided a customized quotation.

Over the following weeks, the customer requested three revisions to the offer due to updated technical specifications. After careful consideration, they placed an order of European electric hoists with us in mid-September. Within two weeks of receiving the proforma invoice, we received their deposit, allowing us to begin production immediately.

Despite a standard 10-day production cycle, the larger order required an additional five working days. The customer appreciated our attention to detail and quality assurance. By mid-October, production was completed, and upon receiving the final payment, we promptly arranged shipment in late October.

This smooth collaboration reinforced trust between SEVENCRANE and Qatar Steel Factory. The customer expressed interest in visiting our factory next year and hopes for a long-term partnership in the future!
