After knowing this message, we quickly determined the parameters of the required product with the customer. Finally, the customer decided to place an order for three hoists and a set of crane wheels. We soon updated the quotation according to the customer's requirements.
To ensure that the customer can use the wheel normally after receiving it. We sent the drawings of the wheels to the customer for confirmation. After the customer receives the drawings. It was found that the wheel and motor could not be used together. Because it took time to redesign the wheels, but the customer was anxious to use them. With our help, the customer has re selected the motor model and determined that the new motor model can be used well with the wheels. After confirming that all problems have been solved, we updated the quotation to the customer.
The customer will pay soon after receiving the new proforma invoice. We are sure to start production of the crane accessories immediately after receiving the payment. After the production, we immediately packed the goods. Now the goods have been packed and can be delivered at any time.
