On October 22, we received an inquiry from a Cameroonian customer on the website. The customer is looking for 2 set of single girder bridge cranes in the company's new workshop.

Because bridge cranes are generally customized. All details need to be communicated with customers one by one.

We inquired about the basic parameters such as the lifting weight, span, and lifting height required by the customer. And confirmed with the customer whether we need to provide steel structures such as run beams and columns.

The customer told us that his company is specializing in the production of steel structures and has nearly 20 years of production experience in Cameroon. They can manufacture the steel structure by themselves. And we only need to provide the bridge crane and electrical system.

Ask for drawings

After finalizing these details, we asked the customer for the drawings of the workshop. In general, if we have the drawings of the workshop, we can know the specific needs of customers more accurately.

The customer needed two sets 10 ton single beam overhead crane across the same workshop.

One is 10 tons with a span of 20 meters and a lifting height of 6 meters. And the other is 10 tons with a span of 13 meters and a lifting height of 6 meters.

By analyzing the customer's drawings, we found that the customer's requirements for the lifting height. LD type single beam overhead cranes may not meet the customer's height requirements.

We provided the customer with a European single girder bridge crane quotation, and sent the corresponding drawings and documents to the customer's mailbox.

In the afternoon, the customer printed out the quotation and said that their company will conduct in-depth discussions and tell me their thoughts on our European single girder bridge crane quotation.

During this period of customer communication, we have also continued to output our knowledge of cranes to customers, and continue to show customers the strength of our company.

Through our efforts, the customer finally decided in December to choose us as his partner, and place purchase order to us.
