On June 2, we received a message from a VIP Australian customer.
He purchased a 5-ton single-girder bridge crane from our company in March and was very satisfied with the quality of our products after receiving the goods. During the installation process, we have also been carrying out remote video technical guidance. Customers appreciate our professionalism and patience.
After a trial hoisting test, this bridge crane works well. The client later told us that he would have other projects in the future and would continue to cooperate with us.
Project details
This time, their company is building a new plant and needs to purchase two sets of cranes in advance: a 3 ton and a 5 ton European type single girder underslung crane. He brought the project drawings to us for an inquiry.
On June 4th, our engineer carefully checked his drawings and confirmed with him some details of the requirements. Finally, he was provided with a quotation and design drawings.
After the customer replied to us, he needs to check with the technicians of the factory and give us a reply.
Plan modification
On June 10th, the customer requested to modify some details in the drawing and gave him an updated quotation.
On June 18th, after several repeated revisions to the plan, the customer's requirements were finally met. Because this customer is our old customer, we gave him a discount for an old customer. The customer approves of this quotation.
He told us that he needs to arrange payment in early July, but he wants us to arrange production now.
Because all our products are customized products, customized according to the different needs of customers. Once we start to arrange production, we take a lot of risks.
Reach a cooperation
We explained this reason to the customer and assured him that once the order is received, production will start immediately without delaying the use of his plant. In addition, since we have cooperated before, the trust between both parties is relatively high, so we can send him some spare parts.
The client understood our situation and praised our attitude in handling the problem. Tell us that he will arrange payment for the finance department as soon as possible.
On October 15th, this order has been produced and has now been shipped to the port, waiting to be sent to the Port of Townsville in Australia.
