Supplying Overhead Crane for the Pakistan Construction Market
In April 2025, we first established contact with a Pakistani intermediary customer operating as a construction industry service provider. The client specializes in sourcing and delivering lifting solutions for end users, with a strong focus on balancing competitive pricing and reliable product quality. Although our initial communication did not immediately result in an order, it laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation built on trust, professionalism, and continuous engagement.
The first project discussed between both parties was a tender for an explosion-proof overhead crane. After we submitted a detailed quotation and technical proposal, the client later informed us that the tender was unfortunately not awarded. However, despite the unsuccessful bid, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with our pricing strategy, technical support, and service responsiveness. They made it clear that they would first discuss future projects with us. This proved to be a key turning point in our cooperation.

Through background checks, we discovered that the client is a reputable and well-established intermediary agency in Pakistan's construction industry. They possess extensive experience in bidding for industrial facility projects and equipment replacement. Based on this, our sales team maintained continuous follow-up. And proactively shared our latest information on bridge crane projects, production progress, and exhibitions with the client. This continuous communication ensured that our brand remained visible and credible in the customer’s mind.
By the end of May 2025, the client contacted us again with positive news: they had successfully won a new project. This time, the requirement was for a European-type single girder overhead crane intended to replace an aging crane system in an existing factory building of the final end user. After reviewing the tender documents and application environment, we confirmed our capability to meet all technical and commercial requirements. And immediately proceeded with a tailored proposal.
The final solution adopted a European standard single-girder bridge crane (model SNHD). Its working class is M5, ensuring its suitability for relatively frequent operations. The crane has a rated lifting capacity of 3.2 tons, a span of 12 meters, and a lifting height of 4.85 meters. This fully meets the project specifications. For operational convenience and safety, the crane was equipped with a remote control system, allowing precise handling during lifting tasks. The electrical configuration was 400V, 50Hz, 3-phase, compliant with local power standards. And the crane was delivered in a standard industrial color finish. The total quantity supplied was one complete overhead crane unit.

Several special requirements were also addressed during production. First, the client requested that the crane bear the logo of another manufacturer. Specific requirements were outlined in the provided design annex, and we strictly adhered to the client's instructions. Second, all manufacturing details fully complied with the client's tender documents and approved technical drawings. This ensured successful acceptance by the end user.
Commercially, the project was agreed under EXW (Ex Works) terms, with a lead time of 25 working days. The payment method was 100% T/T in advance, reflecting the high level of trust established between both parties. In early June 2025, after receiving the proforma invoice, the client completed full payment promptly, allowing production to begin immediately.
This project highlights how professional service, transparent communication, and consistent follow-up can transform an initial unsuccessful inquiry into a confirmed overhead crane order. By focusing on quality, flexibility, and customer confidence, we successfully supported a Pakistani intermediary in delivering a reliable crane solution for industrial modernization. This cooperation not only strengthened our presence in the Pakistan market but also opened the door for future overhead crane projects in the region.
