Steel Gantry Crane Spare Parts to Chile for After-Sales Support

Recently, SEVENCRANE completed another successful order for a long-term customer in Chile by supplying Steel Gantry Crane spare parts for a previously delivered PT3 steel gantry crane system. Long-Term Customer Cooperation
This customer is an end user from Chile operating in the valve manufacturing industry. The contact person is an engineer responsible for maintaining lifting equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production. We first established cooperation on March 21, 2025, and have already completed two previous projects (Order 936 and Order 1093).
Because the customer was satisfied with the quality and performance of the original Steel Gantry Crane, they naturally chose SEVENCRANE again when additional spare parts and replacement components were required. The customer's continued trust reflects the importance of reliable products backed by dependable after-sales support.
Spare Parts Order Overview
Unlike a complete crane purchase, this project focused on supplying critical spare parts for an existing PT3 steel gantry crane.

The spare parts package consisted of:
- 2 powered driving wheels
- 2 driven wheels
- 2 ground beams
- 1 electrical control cabinet
- 1 wireless remote controller
In addition, SEVENCRANE also resupplied 12 sets of bolts that had been unintentionally omitted from the previous shipment. Bolts for connecting the ground beams of another order were also included to ensure the customer received every required component in one delivery.
Designed for Future Maintenance
The customer explained that these components would serve primarily as backup parts for the previously supplied Steel Gantry Crane. To guarantee complete compatibility, they provided the exact ground beam length of 3220 mm, allowing our engineering team to verify every matching dimension before production.
Because these spare parts would be installed on an existing crane system, dimensional accuracy was critical. Our technical department carefully reviewed the customer's drawings and measurements to ensure seamless installation without additional modification on site.
Fast Response and Efficient Delivery
One of the advantages of maintaining close relationships with existing customers is efficient communication. Since both parties were already familiar with the equipment configuration, the quotation process was straightforward.
After receiving the pricing proposal, the customer confirmed the order almost immediately.
Production was completed within only seven working days, helping the customer prepare replacement parts before any unexpected maintenance issues could affect production. The goods were shipped by sea under CIF Valparaíso terms, providing convenient transportation directly to the destination port in Chile.
Attention to Every Detail
Although this was a spare parts order, the customer requested detailed product photographs before packaging. This allowed their engineering team to verify each component before shipment and confirm that everything matched the existing equipment.
